Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change and Adoption Management Lead to support a government healthcare client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive adoption plan utilizing Human-Centered Design principles and training initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address needs and concerns while fostering trust in the platform
  • Identify and mitigate barriers to adoption and provide targeted training for users
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in change management or stakeholder engagement related to technical or healthcare platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as change management, organizational development, or healthcare management
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives affecting both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles
  • Technical acumen to understand platform integrations and communicate needs effectively
