Job Summary
A company is looking for a Change and Adoption Management Lead to support a government healthcare client.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive adoption plan utilizing Human-Centered Design principles and training initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address needs and concerns while fostering trust in the platform
- Identify and mitigate barriers to adoption and provide targeted training for users
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in change management or stakeholder engagement related to technical or healthcare platforms
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as change management, organizational development, or healthcare management
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives affecting both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles
- Technical acumen to understand platform integrations and communicate needs effectively
