Key Responsibilities

• Provide change management leadership and establish change plans aligned with project delivery approaches
• Identify stakeholder groups, assess change impact, and develop targeted engagement approaches
• Develop communication strategies and oversee training content quality to support adoption

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in leading change management for cross-functional initiatives
• Experience managing multiple priorities concurrently with project/program teams
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder management and facilitation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Change management certification or willingness to achieve one within 1 year
