Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management and Training Lead to develop and implement a structured change management plan for the EQMS deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a structured change management plan for the EQMS deployment
  • Conduct change impact assessments and manage resistance to change
  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive training program for all EQMS users
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or Organizational Development
  • 3-5 years of experience in a change management, training, or communications role
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale technology deployments, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience with Electronic Quality Management Systems (EQMS) or other quality management software is preferred
