Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Lead to drive and execute enterprise change management initiatives for clients undergoing digital and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies supporting digital transformation and platform adoption initiatives
• Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations to identify risks and gaps
• Design and execute communication plans and manage training and adoption programs using digital tools

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter
• Experience with digital adoption and learning platforms like WalkMe or Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification required
