Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Lead to guide organizational changes associated with AEM implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a change management plan that includes communication, training, and support strategies
• Work with stakeholders to ensure user adoption and minimal disruption to business operations
• Create training materials and manage user training sessions for AEM
• Monitor the success of change initiatives and make adjustments as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management for large-scale digital transformations
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
• Experience with AEM or other enterprise content management systems is a plus
