Change Management Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Change Management Lead will oversee the adoption of new systems and processes, focusing initially on a Salesforce transformation program while establishing internal change capabilities across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the internal change and adoption strategy for the Salesforce transformation program
• Establish and lead a change champion network to support new operating models and workflows
• Track adoption and performance indicators, translating insights into targeted interventions for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, management, organizational development, or related fields
• 8 - 12 years of experience leading enterprise change, adoption, or transformation initiatives
• Prosci Certification is required
• Proven experience with large-scale technology transformations, preferably Salesforce
• Strong understanding of organizational change management and experience in complex, matrixed organizations
