Change Management Lead

Job Summary

Driving enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time Change Management Lead will manage change management and enablement workstreams focused on content operations and technology implementations while collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management efforts across client transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and engagement
• Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder assessments, training needs analyses, and enablement plans
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams to align on transformation goals and improve operational models

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation consulting, or related roles
• Proven ability to lead change efforts from strategy through execution in complex environments
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices
• Experience with enterprise platforms and workflow tools, particularly Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows and implementation initiatives
