Change Management Lead

Job Summary

Driving the people side of change for Global Strategic Marketing transformation initiatives, the contract Change Management Lead will develop and execute change management strategies to support the successful adoption of new processes and operating models across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities for multiple marketing transformation initiatives
• Develop and execute change management plans focused on readiness, adoption, and implementation
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments to identify affected groups and adoption risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Transformation, or related roles
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation or change initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Experience conducting stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and readiness planning
