Job Summary

Supporting the successful adoption of a Department of Defense Security Cooperation digital platform, the remote Change Management Lead will plan and execute organizational change management activities, develop communication strategies, and ensure user engagement and training for new technologies and processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management strategy, assessing readiness and identifying change impacts
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, coordinating engagement activities and supporting leadership communications throughout implementation
  • Create user-focused communications and training materials, and track user adoption metrics to measure effectiveness and gather feedback
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience with federal government or Department of Defense organizations preferred
  • Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one
  • U.S. Citizenship required
