Change Management Lead
Job Summary
To support a long-term marketing transformation initiative, the contract Change Management Lead will work remotely to manage change planning, stakeholder engagement, and adoption support for Global Strategic Marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and manage change approaches for multiple transformation initiatives, focusing on readiness and adoption
- Identify key stakeholders and develop engagement plans to address adoption risks
- Assess impacts of initiatives on teams and processes, translating findings into actionable support plans
Required qualifications:
- Experience leading change management initiatives in complex organizations
- Proficiency in stakeholder mapping, impact assessment, and readiness planning
- Certification in change management methodologies such as Prosci, CCMP, or APMG
- Ability to create practical tools and communications for leaders and teams
- Experience in Lean methodologies is a plus
