Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective change management strategies and project plans
• Manage end-to-end project activities, including timelines, scope, and risk
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of changes

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change or major process initiatives
• Strong project planning and organization skills
• Experience with project management, workflow, or business analysis tools
• Familiarity with change management models (ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) preferred
