Change Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management execution for transformation initiatives to ensure adoption of new practices
• Develop and maintain integrated change plans and monitor change readiness through various feedback mechanisms
• Drive communication and engagement strategies to build alignment among stakeholders throughout the transformation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in change management or enterprise transformations
• Relevant certifications required: Prosci and/or ACMP CCMP or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and competency in Microsoft Power BI or similar software
• Experience delivering change initiatives within a federated model across a nationwide network of stakeholders
