Job Summary

Change Management Manager, responsible for leading change management strategies and internal communications in a full-time salaried role to support organizational initiatives and enhance employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement change management strategies for enterprise projects and operational transformations
  • Direct communication planning for complex programs and develop enterprise-wide communication strategies
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in change management strategies and communication plans for large-scale initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic thinking and influencing organizational direction
  • 3+ years of experience in leadership roles focused on process improvements
  • PMO Certification preferred
