Job Summary
Leading change communications and stakeholder engagement, the full-time contract Manager, Change Management & Communications will execute change management plans, develop high-quality deliverables, and coordinate activities for a major transformation initiative in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management plans that support business transformation initiatives
- Create and maintain stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption plans
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and communications for leadership and project stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in organizational change management or related transformation roles
- Experience developing and executing change management plans within a corporate environment
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, executive-facing presentations
- Experience supporting stakeholder engagement and communications activities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools preferred
