Job Summary
Leading end-to-end change management for transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Change Management Manager will ensure strong adoption and readiness while translating enterprise change strategy into actionable plans and partnering with stakeholders to drive business readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Lead change management efforts for transformation initiatives, ensuring effective adoption and sustainment outcomes
- Translate enterprise change strategy into actionable, people-focused plans aligned with program objectives
- Assess change impacts and organizational readiness, executing mitigation strategies based on data and feedback
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher AND 4-6 years of experience in change management or organizational development
- Experience supporting change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate transformation objectives into practical employee impacts
- Experience conducting impact assessments and change effectiveness tracking
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
