Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Change Enablement Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and lead end-to-end change management strategy for major programs
  • Advise program and business leaders on change risks, readiness, and adoption strategies
  • Design integrated communication, engagement, training, and reinforcement approaches
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, HR, organizational development, or related field
  • 7 years or more in change management, internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Snag It, Canva, and Kahoot! is preferred
  • Familiarity with Workday & ServiceNow is a plus
