Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Partner - Transformation & Agile Enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change strategy for enterprise agile transformation and business-led initiatives
  • Provide structured change management guidance, tools, and support to business change leaders
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and transformation leaders to align change management with HR strategies


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in change management and/or HR Business Partnering
  • Proven experience in supporting complex transformation initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
  • Experience leading or supporting agile transformations and familiarity with agile frameworks
