Change Management Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Partner to drive enterprise-wide change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change assessments and develop change strategies in collaboration with project sponsors
• Manage stakeholder assessments and communication strategies throughout the project lifecycle
• Implement reinforcement plans and provide coaching to business leaders on effective change management

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dedicated change management experience
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
• Financial Services industry experience preferred
• Ability to engage at all levels of the organization
