Job Summary
Partnering with cross-functional teams, the remote Change Management Partner III will drive successful change initiatives by aligning communication, adoption, and stakeholder engagement strategies to meet business needs on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Support change management initiatives within assigned business areas
- Develop change management plans and communication strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Identify risks and create contingency plans to mitigate change impacts
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in change management
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Experience in developing change management plans and communication strategies
- Ability to identify risks and track change initiative progress
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Prosci Change Management certification and Aerospace/DoD background are a plus
