Job Summary
To support organizational transitions, the full-time remote Change Management Practitioner will manage stakeholder analyses, draft communication content, and assist in training delivery while collaborating with senior practitioners to enhance change management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses to facilitate change initiatives
- Draft communication and engagement materials using established templates
- Support the delivery of training and readiness activities to ensure smooth transitions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of change management experience
- Professional certification in change management, preferably Prosci
- Strong understanding of Change Management Methodologies, Agile, Lean, and DevOps Principles
- Familiarity with user experience methodologies such as personas and stakeholder mapping
