Job Summary

To support organizational transitions, the full-time remote Change Management Practitioner will manage stakeholder analyses, draft communication content, and assist in training delivery while collaborating with senior practitioners to enhance change management processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses to facilitate change initiatives
  • Draft communication and engagement materials using established templates
  • Support the delivery of training and readiness activities to ensure smooth transitions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of change management experience
  • Professional certification in change management, preferably Prosci
  • Strong understanding of Change Management Methodologies, Agile, Lean, and DevOps Principles
  • Familiarity with user experience methodologies such as personas and stakeholder mapping
