Change Management Practitioner

Job Summary

To support enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Change Management Practitioner will drive adoption, enablement, and change readiness by translating change methodologies into actionable plans and managing stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct change impact assessments to identify affected stakeholders and adoption risks
• Translate enterprise change approaches into initiative-level plans with clear milestones
• Develop and implement strategies to address gaps in ability, motivation, and sponsorship for change adoption

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in organizational change management for enterprise initiatives
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Change management certification such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter preferred
• Proven experience in building and executing change impact assessments and adoption strategies
• Strong understanding of structured change management methodologies and ability to adapt them as needed
