Job Summary
Focusing on enterprise-wide change success, the full-time Change Management Program Director will enable leaders and teams to effectively lead their own change initiatives through coaching, facilitation, and capability-building approaches, primarily in a remote setting with occasional onsite needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a scalable, enterprise-wide change management strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Coach senior leaders and project teams to successfully lead their own change initiatives while providing guidance on stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies
- Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences and training programs to build change leadership capability across the organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 7-10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field
- Demonstrated experience coaching leaders and influencing change outcomes without direct project ownership
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies in complex environments
- Certification in change management methodology (e.g., Prosci, ACMP CCMP) preferred
