Change Management Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supply Chain Change Manager to lead transformational initiatives within the Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end change management for Operations initiatives and cross-functional programs
• Design and deliver training programs and scalable enablement assets for Operations teams
• Own projects end-to-end, managing multiple concurrent workstreams and ensuring alignment across stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, program management, or organizational effectiveness
• Change management certification required (Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent)
• Proven track record of leading change on large-scale system implementations or process transformation initiatives
• Experience working with ERP systems and CRM platforms in the context of change or training
• Hands-on experience with project management tools to plan, track, and report on complex programs
