Job Summary
Driving enterprise-wide change initiatives, the full-time remote Change Management Program Manager will administer change management technology, design personalized change journeys, and build measurement capabilities to ensure successful adoption and engagement across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the change management technology platform for scalable adoption
- Design and execute personalized change journeys and reinforcement campaigns for targeted audiences
- Build, track, and report adoption metrics while developing dashboards to provide insights to leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in change adoption, enablement, or related disciplines
- Change management or adoption certification preferred (e.g., Prosci)
- Hands-on experience with change management or digital adoption platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
