Change Management Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Specialist/Project Manager (VEEVA).

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of MLR initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
• Support adoption of new MLR processes post Veeva implementation and manage stakeholder communications
• Schedule and lead meetings, documenting decisions, actions, and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project and change management experience in a regulated environment (medical device, pharma, or similar)
• Proven ability to operate proactively in fast-moving, evolving environments
• Experience with MLR approval processes and promotional marketing workflows preferred
• Experience working with Veeva PromoMats or similar platforms is a plus
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are advantageous
