Change Management Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a remote project in New York, the contract Change Management Project Manager will drive organizational change management activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies and processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive work-stream delivery through the full project lifecycle, meeting client schedule, budget, and scope requirements
• Develop and implement a change management strategy tailored to the impacted groups, focusing on remote workforce considerations
• Apply structured project management processes, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• PMP Certification with a proven record of managing large projects within time and cost constraints
• Experience in managing regulatory change projects
• Prior experience with vendor software implementations and organizational change management
• Experience in process reengineering initiatives
