Job Summary

A company is looking for an OCM Sr. Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides change management support for defined initiatives and projects
• Collaborates with team members to create actionable deliverables for communication, training, and resistance management
• Tracks and reports identified issues while measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Fluent Spanish speaking and writing highly preferred
• Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
