Change Management Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance AI Change Management Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, roll out, and maintain the Finance AI Change Management program, including assessments and engagement strategies
• Partner with senior leadership to plan and execute change management and training initiatives for smooth transitions
• Develop and execute communication plans to engage impacted teams effectively

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Organizational Behavior, Social Sciences, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or related fields, with finance experience
• Change Management certification and familiarity with industry-standard methodologies (e.g., ADKAR model) are desirable
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in AI adoption and digital transformation projects is a plus
