Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Senior Manager responsible for planning, developing, and executing organizational change programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision and performance evaluations for employees while overseeing recruitment and training
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and mentor staff
• Assess changes across projects, create dashboards, and execute communication programs to enhance employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Prosci certification preferred
• Experience in staffing, training, development, and performance management
• Leadership skills to manage and achieve departmental targets
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
