Job Summary
Partnering with senior leaders in Talent and HR, the full-time salaried Change Management Senior Manager will drive change management strategies for large-scale transformations, develop talent roadmaps, and enhance organizational effectiveness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive change management strategies and assess change initiatives with business and HR leaders
- Support the development of a multi-year Talent strategy and enhance the employee experience through talent lifecycle processes
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication and engagement strategies for change initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, or related roles
- Functional expertise in Change Management practices, tools, and strategies
- Strong facilitation and storytelling skills, especially with leaders and executives
- Ability to translate business strategy into people-centered change approaches
