A company is looking for a Change Specialist to support transitions in business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Create awareness of new business processes and systems
Track metrics related to the successful use of new processes
Develop and deploy surveys to assess the effectiveness of the changes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience
Prosci Certification preferred
Experience with Change Management, Project Management, or Marketing preferred
Experience with group presentations/public speaking preferred
Experience with Workday preferred
