Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management frameworks for successful adoption of new processes and tools
• Create executive and strategic communications, including presentations in an agile context
• Implement a cohesive approach for change and adoption across various platforms

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a consultancy
• Experience executing complex strategic change management programs from end to end, ideally in the tech sector
• 3+ years of experience creating visually appealing content for executive presentations and communications
• 3+ years of experience supporting business leaders in project planning and workforce strategy sessions
