Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management plans, including communication and training strategies
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify readiness needs and risks
• Facilitate meetings and training sessions, and support the development of sustainability plans

Required Qualifications

• Five years of change management and communication experience required
• Bachelor's Degree required; Change Management certification preferred
• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale change programs
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
• Experience with Oracle HCM or similar applicant tracking systems preferred
