Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Specialist - Healthcare Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of change management strategies for clinical informatics initiatives
• Ensure smooth adoption of new systems, workflows, and interoperability solutions across VHA facilities
• Develop communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs aligned with Agile delivery and clinical safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in informatics, healthcare administration, organizational development, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management or organizational development roles within healthcare or federal health IT programs
• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing change strategies for clinical informatics systems or interoperability projects
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile environments and change management frameworks
• Familiarity with VA VISTA/CPRS, Oracle Health, and interoperability standards
