Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs in executing the Veterans Health Administration Restructure for Impact and Sustainability Effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leadership and project managers to ensure alignment of messaging and change activities
• Support governance activities and track adoption metrics and stakeholder engagement for reporting and continuous improvement
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder needs identification to develop targeted engagement strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• 6+ years of experience supporting change management and/or organizational transformation
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement and communication efforts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
