Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level change initiatives by developing and executing strategies for adoption and sustainability
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to assess organizational impacts and design communication and training plans
• Apply change methodologies and use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and measure outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Marketing/Public Relations, or Public Administration preferred
• Knowledge or certification in PROSCI Change Management or other formal change management certification preferred
• Minimum of five years producing communications and marketing materials using professional graphics tools
• Minimum of five years of experience working on enterprise projects
• Minimum of one year of experience with Microsoft Office applications and virtual meeting tools
