Job Summary
Supporting the Veterans Health Administration's modernization initiatives, the full-time Change Management Specialist will plan, coordinate, and execute organizational change management activities to ensure effective communication, adoption, and sustainability across operational teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational change management strategies and communication plans aligned with modernization goals
- Coordinate workforce readiness activities and support user adoption for new systems and operational processes
- Conduct stakeholder assessments and continuous improvement initiatives related to change management and workforce adoption
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum three years of experience in organizational change management or workforce transformation initiatives
- Experience with technology implementations and developing communication and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Proven ability to coordinate training and support workforce readiness activities
- Strong organizational skills and experience in operational transition initiatives
