Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

Leading change initiatives within the marketing division, the temporary Change Management Specialist will develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, drive effective communication and training programs, and cultivate relationships with stakeholders to enhance organizational transformation while working remotely from Austin, TX, Westlake, TX, or Omaha, NE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management efforts for cross-functional, organization-wide initiatives
• Build comprehensive change management strategies, including impact analysis and readiness assessments
• Drive the design and delivery of effective change communications and training programs

Required qualifications

• Educational background in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or an MBA
• 3+ years of experience in organizational change management or consulting
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align change initiatives with business needs
• Demonstrated ability to influence leadership and engage employees
• Exceptional visual storytelling abilities for creating impactful presentations
