Job Summary

Seeking a strategic Change Agent, the full-time remote position will lead cross-functional programs to drive organizational growth and business transformation by managing high-impact initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary change management lead for strategic initiatives, ensuring effective transitions and lasting adoption
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and communication plans
  • Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to achieve organizational goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 5+ years of project management or strategic planning experience with a focus on change management
  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving significant organizational change
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement and adoption measurement
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or MS Project
