Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the people side of transformation, the full-time remote Change Management Specialist will manage change execution by developing communication plans, coordinating training activities, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of change management plans for technology and process initiatives
• Partner with project teams to identify impacted stakeholders and facilitate change readiness activities
• Draft audience-appropriate communications and coordinate training-related activities with subject matter experts

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in tech project management, change management, or related transformation work
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace tools including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Experience supporting change or technology implementation initiatives
• Familiarity with change management principles and stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
