Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Finance Transformation Office, the remote contract Change Management Specialist will develop and execute change management strategies for global transformation initiatives, ensuring employee engagement and adoption of new systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for Finance transformation initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments to identify risks and drive adoption plans
• Create and deliver communication strategies, change plans, and executive messaging

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• 7+ years of organizational change management experience (10+ years preferred)
• Experience leading change management for large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs
• Proven success supporting Finance, ERP, or enterprise technology transformation initiatives
• Prosci, CCMP, APMG, or similar Change Management certification required
