Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Change Management Specialist will implement and execute organizational change management and communications strategies to support the transition to new business platforms, ensuring effective engagement and adoption among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management and communication strategies for various program workstreams
  • Partner with business leaders and project teams to manage change initiatives effectively and align them with organizational goals
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and communication programs, including tracking KPIs
Required qualifications:
  • BS/BA in change management, strategic communications, or a relevant field
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Change Management and 2+ years in Change Communications
  • Change management certification preferred
  • Experience in large, complex, and global organizations preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (e.g., Office, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
