Job Summary

Leading enterprise change management and adoption planning efforts, the full-time Change Management Specialist will ensure organizational readiness and stakeholder alignment for service transformation initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational standards
• Conduct stakeholder assessments and facilitate engagement to support transformation initiatives
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Readiness, or related fields
• Experience supporting large-scale system implementations and operational transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
