Job Summary
To support the Veterans Health Administration's modernization efforts, the full-time remote Change Management Specialist will be responsible for planning and implementing change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain change management strategies to support modernization initiatives across the Veterans Family Member Program
- Assess organizational readiness and identify impacts related to new technologies and processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project planning and execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience supporting the Veterans Health Administration or other government agency
- Knowledge of organizational change management principles and methodologies
