Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative, the full-time Change Management Specialist will plan, coordinate, and execute change management activities to facilitate successful organizational and technology transformations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for various initiatives
• Perform assessments to evaluate organizational readiness and manage stakeholder impacts and risks
• Design and implement communication strategies to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
• Experience applying structured change management methodologies to transformation efforts
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance
• Experience supporting Veterans Health Administration or other federal healthcare organizations
