Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

Partnering with the Director of Change Management, the full-time Senior Change Management Specialist will develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational readiness and stakeholder engagement for enterprise transformation initiatives, particularly focusing on the Oracle HCM Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies, assessing organizational readiness and identifying risks
• Build relationships with business leaders and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions to support alignment
• Monitor change adoption metrics and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement in change management practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in change management or related fields
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, preferably in technology or healthcare settings
• Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, with Prosci certification preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
