Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting successful implementation of enterprise initiatives, the full-time remote Change Management Specialist will execute change management strategies, engage stakeholders, and promote organizational readiness while driving behavioral adoption and sustained change.

Key responsibilities

• Executes change management strategies and activities to support organizational adoption and business outcomes
• Conducts stakeholder engagement activities, including identification, analysis, and facilitation of discussions
• Monitors organizational readiness indicators and develops action plans to address adoption risks and barriers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
• Five or more years of experience in supporting organizational change, employee engagement, or related disciplines
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) preferred
• Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and engagement activities
• Familiarity with organizational change methodologies preferred
