Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Change Management Specialist will lead change management efforts on large transformation programs, collaborating with project teams and senior sponsors to ensure successful adoption of change across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management initiatives, identifying and addressing the people impacts of change
• Develop practical change plans that adapt to evolving business needs and stakeholder requirements
• Communicate effectively at all levels, making complex changes understandable for diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• Around ten years of change management experience with global stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering measurable change outcomes
• Experience in assessing change adoption beyond training completion metrics
• Comfortable using AI tools in change management practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging senior sponsors
