Job Summary

Guiding the organization through rapid growth, the remote Change Management Strategist will craft engaging internal communications, build change management playbooks, and design interactive training programs to facilitate seamless adoption of new tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organizational messaging across tools and processes to ensure clarity and alignment during changes
• Create structured change management frameworks to prepare teams for new system launches and operational evolutions
• Develop and deliver interactive training programs and resources that support easy adoption of new workflows

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, or organizational enablement in high-growth technology environments
• Demonstrated success in managing change campaigns with high adoption rates for tool rollouts and operational shifts
• Proven ability to create multi-channel communication plans and training materials
• Strong portfolio showcasing written communications and change playbooks
• Bachelor's degree in communications, organizational development, business, or equivalent practical experience
