Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage change management processes
• Lead process support and serve as a technical resource in complex process development
• Keep a detailed record of changes, impacts, and outcomes for transparency and accountability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT service management or project management
• 3+ years of experience in an IT environment and familiarity with ITIL and DevOps methodologies
• Competency in identifying and implementing risk mitigation strategies for IT infrastructure changes
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public trust security clearance
